Tunji and the Giant, David Mullikin
Mullikin is well-known for his story-pieces which combine small ensemble with a narrator. He is a cellist and played with the Colorado Symphony and remains active in their Music Education Department. In 2002, he was named by the Music Teachers’ National Association as the MTNA-Shepherd Distinguished Composer of the Year. His story-pieces are written for children from Pre-K through early grade school. Parents enjoy them too!
